About
Clarity, intention, and structure that strengthen wineries and hospitality teams.
I believe clarity is the foundation of how wine is made, selected, and experienced — in purpose, in decisions, and in the places where it’s shared.
Wine reflects land, people, and culture. When it’s made with care, it deserves to be understood and to be in places where it’s enjoyed with intention.
I help small and medium‑sized wineries grow with clarity, expand into new markets, and build resilience for sustainable performance over time. I also support hospitality teams in creating wine experiences that strengthen confidence, enhance guest satisfaction, and support healthy commercial outcomes.
I bring together experience in corporate business performance, planning, and strategy with a genuine love for wine and gastronomy. I hold WSET Level 3 and have completed wine business studies at Sonoma State University, bridging business clarity with the craft and culture of wine.
Sustainability guides my work — from environmental responsibility to the well‑being of the people and businesses behind each bottle. My perspective connects wineries with importers, distributors, hospitality teams, and consumers who each play a role in how wines are discovered and enjoyed.
How I work
My approach is grounded in clarity, structure, and care.
For wineries, this means:
-
supporting vision, strategy, and business performance
-
identifying opportunities for market expansion
-
strengthening relationships with importers and distributors through tastings and in‑market activities
For hospitality, this means:
-
strengthening how teams talk about wine
-
shaping wine lists that support both guest experience and sustainable profitability
-
ensuring the wine offer remains aligned with their concept
The goal is the same across the wine and hospitality ecosystem — resilient wineries, confident hospitality teams, and meaningful wine experiences for the people who enjoy them.
