About

Clarity, intention, and structure to strengthen wineries and hospitality teams.

For me, wine has always been an invitation to pause — to notice details, to be present, and to connect with the places and people behind every bottle. More than a beverage, it carries intention, authenticity, and the honest expression of careful work. When wine meets gastronomy, everything expands — the aromas, the flavours, the conversations, the experience.

My connection to wine and gastronomy began with that curiosity: understanding what makes an experience memorable and how intention can shape the perception of a wine and the growth of a business.

Before working professionally in the wine sector, I spent years in the corporate environment in business performance, planning, and strategy. Today, I bring that structured perspective together with my wine qualifications — WSET Level 3 and wine business studies at Sonoma State University — to support wineries and hospitality teams with a clear, strategic, and deeply wine‑connected approach.

I work with small and medium‑sized wineries that value authenticity, sustainability, and long‑term relationships. I help them gain clarity in their strategic and commercial direction, make stronger decisions, and connect with importers aligned with their identity and purpose — facilitated through tastings, presentations, and in‑market activities that build meaningful relationships.

I also collaborate with restaurants and hotels that want to elevate their wine experience without losing coherence or purpose. I help them develop intentional wine lists, more confident teams, and wine communication that enriches guest experience and contributes to sustainable profitability.

How I work

My approach is guided by three principles: clarity, structure, and business sustainability.

For wineries, this means:

  • clarity in their strategic and commercial direction, enabling more confident decisions

  • strengthening relationships with importers and distributors through tastings and in‑market activities

  • a clear and sustainable vision for long-term growth

For hospitality, this means:

  • strengthening how teams talk about wine with confidence and coherence

  • shaping wine lists that support both guest experience and sustainable profitability

  • ensuring the wine offer remains aligned with their concept

My work brings together business performance, strategy, market expansion, and wine communication — always guided by clarity and purpose. Twinned exists to connect: wines with opportunities, businesses with purpose, and teams who believe in doing things with intention.
